Vetisium Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 12, 2026

Vetisium ("the app", "we", "us") is a veterinary practice management app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

How we use your information

We use your information solely to provide the app's features: to authenticate you, store and display the records you create, and keep your data synchronized across your devices. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Storage), which acts as our data processor. Data is encrypted in transit. Google's handling of this data is governed by the Firebase Privacy and Security terms.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account at any time from within the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, patients, procedures, and uploaded photos. This action cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us at the address below. We will process your request within 30 days.

Children's privacy

Vetisium is intended for veterinary professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We rely on Google Firebase's security infrastructure and access rules so that each user can only read and write their own data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
